How do I change the size?
Press the big plus and minus buttons next to Width, Depth and Height. Width and depth move a
foot at a time and height moves 6 inches. To type an exact size, tap the number.
Where are my projects saved?
On your phone, and only there. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so deleting the
app deletes your projects.
What does the one-time purchase unlock?
The PDF, the full cut list, your prices with a cost total, and more than one saved project.
It is one payment, with no subscription and no account.
I bought it on another phone. How do I get it back?
Open the Unlock screen and press Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Is this plan approved for a permit?
No. Deck Planner helps you plan and estimate. It is not engineering advice and it does not
replace your building department, a licensed engineer or a contractor. Most decks need a
permit. Check with your local permit office before you buy materials or build.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Ask for a refund at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do the store links make you money?
Some of them may. Some store links are affiliate links, so if you buy through one the store may
pay us a small commission. You pay the same price, and the links never change the quantities on
